Shimei Kanau is a 23-year-old high-school teacher who is really really small. Small enough to be easily mistaken as a grade school kid.
One day, when she was cleaning her father’s old school office with her perverted class rep, she finds a nude robot. From the robot, she learns that when she was a kid, his father made a wish to an ancient item, “Caramel Dice,“ to stop her from growing in order prevent Kanau from marrying another guy. Can Kanau collect all the “Caramel Dice“ to undo her father’s wish and get back her “real“ body?

This is the sexually comedic story of a student council. The president, Kasukabe Sumire, often unintentionally puts herself in sexual situations. She's accompanied by the vice president, Toda Yui, who tries to keep things serious and on track. Yui isn't helped by the secretary, foreign exchange student Cindy, whose clumsiness with Japanese often leads her to make surprisingly raunchy statements. They also have a rather perverted robot, who makes a questionable contribution to the group.


As the story opens, Kasukabe has fallen for a male student, Asaka Tooru, based on his actions towards her on a day when she forgot to wear her skirt. Kasukabe is determined that he should be the last member of their student council. However, not only does he have no interest in the student council, he's planning on transferring to another school! Will the student council be able to reel Asaka in? What other ridiculous situations will this dysfunctional council encounter throughout their school career?

When Kanau was a little girl, her father believed she would grow up and marry someone, leaving him behind. He unintentionally wished that his daughter would remain little forever and so, at the age of 23, Kanau still has the body of a primary schooler. However, a robot left behind by her father tells her of the 6 Caramel Dice's, which, if gathered, would grant the holder one wish.

This alleged doctor actually has not medical degree (and even her real identity is unknown), , but that will not stop her from devoted her time to attend everybody with the more 'alternative' methods have ever been seen. Her master in this crusade pro malpractice will be Shisho, a talking pervert ball with moustache that comes from the nape of Liam herself and whose motto is "sexual harassment is of vital importance for the good work of modern society".


So this couple of therapists, with their comrades Naoto, Okazaki and Momji, star this manga replete of comedy and high doses of sexual content...
